Our Delta Bay Has turned into a dumping ground for people who do not want their vessels any longer and have chosen to dump their water craft in our delta river putting wildlife & boaters and risk . I started this patrol up after my family and I hit a submerged hazard and almost died . We need your help to report any of these criminals that have now turned the delta bay in to a underwater wrecking yard at the cost of Tax payers and the county you may live in . Contra Costa County last year spent 100,000 for the removal of these derelict vessels dumped with gas and oil in them as they sink to the bottom of the delta bay .
If You Know of Any Person That Has dumped a water craft in our waters you can remain !! UNKNOWN !!
